The access and use of the services that you (“the user”) may do of the Sandral S.A Websites, through its website or any other future addition to it(individually or collectively denominated “the sites”) is offered with the following terms and conditions, which are fully accepted by you in its totality without any reservation:

1. Sandral S.A reserves the right to change the sites at any time without previous notification, and this includes its content and services as well as its design.
2. Sandral S.A is not stating any position or opinion in any of the contents, information, services, musical pieces or pictures (“contents”) included in the sites. As a result, Sandral S.A excludes to the fullest extent all liability for any kind of direct or indirect damages resulting from any content included in the sites, as well as from the use or improper use that could be made of the contents by the users, or by third parts who may access the contents through the user and may cause any damage to the user or to third parts.
3. Sandral S.A is not liable for any violation of the intellectual property rights incurred by those who incorporated the contents of the site, were those involved employed or not by Sandral S.A.
4. The user states not having any legal restriction for using the sites, or for accessing their contents, and that in any way is under a third part tuition who should apply discernment in the access to the Sandral S.A sites by the user.
5. The user agrees to totally waive the right to claim any direct or indirect damages that in the future may arise against Sandral S.A caused by the direct or indirect navigation carried by the user on the Sandral sites.
6. Sandral S.A puts on the user’s knowledge that all intellectual property of the brands, names and designs used in the contents are protected by law. As a result such materials can not be totally or partially copied or reproduced with a different use to the one they were created for.
7. All the personal data of the user submitted to Sandral by the user will be collected under the own responsibility of the user and stored in the Sandral Data Base. Sandral S.A will not be hold responsible for any confidentiality violation that other users or third parts may do in the use of such data.
